No. InvesTTable has no crowdfunding functionality whatsoever. We do not facilitate the transfer of capital, manage investment rounds, or hold any regulatory status as a crowdfunding platform. We are a data intelligence layer that connects investors with companies worth knowing about.

No. InvesTTable does not process investments, execute transactions, or intermediate any financial exchange. All conversations, due diligence, and deal-making happen entirely off-platform between investors and companies.

Absolutely not. InvesTTable is a pure research and scouting tool. You browse, filter, save, and track companies at your own discretion. There is no obligation, commitment, or pressure of any kind.

InvesTTable is built for professional investors — VCs, family offices, angel networks, and corporate venture arms — who want structured, research-grade access to European deal flow before it becomes widely known. We are not designed for retail or casual investors.

Most sourcing tools rely on self-reported databases or media coverage. InvesTTable combines verified company profiles, structured financial signals, and real-time alerts — all filtered to the EU market. Every listed company goes through an editorial review before appearing on the map.

Rankings are based on investor interest (saves, views), profile completeness, verified financial signals, and funding stage relevance. Subscription tier plays no role at all: every tier ranks equally. Alerts are triggered by your saved search criteria, not by who pays the most.

Startups on the Early Radar track have no financial KPIs yet, so InvesTTable scores them with an AI analysis instead. Claude (AI) evaluates the founder's qualitative profile (the problem and innovation, the funding milestone, and the team background) and produces a Founder DNA score from 0 to 100 plus a qualitative peer positioning. The rubric is deliberately revenue-independent: Founding Team 30%, Problem & Idea 20%, Market & Timing 15%, Competition 15%, Feasibility 10%, Validation Signals 10%. Company names are withheld from the model, and scores refresh when the profile is updated, at most once per month. The full analysis is available on Investor Plus and above.

Any EU-based company that is actively seeking capital, open to acquisition discussions, or looking for strategic partners. This includes startups, scale-ups, and established businesses. You do not need to be a tech startup — we welcome all sectors.

Yes. Onboarding has a dedicated Pre-Revenue / Idea Stage track (Early Radar). You pitch qualitatively: your innovation and problem, your funding target and core milestone, and your team background. Early Radar profiles are never assessed on margins, revenue, or other financial KPIs. Investors see an AI-generated Founder DNA assessment instead of financial scores, and the scoring methodology is publicly documented on every Early Radar profile.

No. Listing gives you visibility to professional investors for research and scouting purposes. It is not a public offering, not a prospectus, and carries no regulatory implications of a capital raise. Investors may reach out, but all engagement is off-platform.

All financial data entered by companies (ARR, margins, runway, etc.) is self-reported and clearly labeled as such. InvesTTable does not audit or guarantee the accuracy of this data. Investors are expected to conduct their own due diligence.

Every submitted company profile is manually reviewed by the InvesTTable team before being published to the map. We check for completeness, legitimacy, and EU residency. Profiles that do not meet our standards will not be approved.

Yes. Both investors and companies have a free Core tier with no time limit. Investors can browse the map and view basic profiles. Companies get basic map visibility. Paid plans unlock alerts, detailed analytics, and advanced filtering.

Your account reverts to the free Core tier immediately. You retain access to all data you have previously viewed. No data is deleted.

There is no automatic free trial. Paid plans are billed immediately when you subscribe. You can still unlock a higher tier at no cost by sharing InvestTable: post it on LinkedIn and on X (Twitter), and each share grants you one free month of the next higher tier (or a one-month extension if you are already on the top tier). The free Core tier stays available with no time limit.
